ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 10, 2019, a purported judgment of the same court rendered June 4, 2019, and a sentence of the same court imposed February 25, 2020.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the portion of the notice of appeal concerning the sentence imposed February 25, 2020, is deemed to be an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 26, 2020 (see CPL 460.10[6]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant is directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals from the order dated January 10, 2019, and the purported judgment rendered June 4, 2019, on the ground that the order is neither appealable as of right nor by permission (see CPL 450.10, 450.15), and no judgment was rendered in the above-entitled action on June 4, 2019, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue through the digital portal on this Court's website, with proof of service thereof, on or before September 24, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court or her designee is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the appellant at her last known place of residence or, if she is imprisoned, at the institution in which she is confined, and upon the attorney who last appeared for her, and upon the District Attorney, by ordinary mail pursuant to CPL 470.60(2).
