DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 10, 2018, and May 20, 2019, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated May 20, 2019. By order to show cause dated May 28, 2020, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 24, 2019. Motion by the appellants to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 24, 2019.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellants' motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants' motion is granted and the appellants shall file, via NYSCEF, a digital replacement record, main brief, and reply brief that contain covers which include Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-06863 and 2019-06865 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-08854, and serve and file, via NYSCEF, a supplemental record containing the order dated May 20, 2019, the judgment, and the notices of appeal from the order dated May 20, 2019, and the judgment, on or before September 21, 2020, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
