DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 29, 2019. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal and to enlarge the record to include the transcript of certain proceedings.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary as the time to perfect the appeal does not expire until September 23, 2020 (see ADM 2020-0707); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
