Proceeding, inter alia, to review determinations of certain Justices of the Supreme Court, which has been submitted for filing in this Court.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that this matter is transferred to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department for all purposes (see NY Const, art VI, § 4[i]); and it is further,
ORDERED that all proceedings in connection with this matter shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department.
