Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered July 28, 2017. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a replacement supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's replacement pro se supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before October 26, 2020, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the replacement pro se supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
