v Jordan Neus, respondent.

(Index No. 6021/2017)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 5, 2019. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recuse certain Justices of this Court, in effect, for summary reversal, for poor person relief, for the assignment of counsel, and to waive the motion filing fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to prosecute the appeal on the original papers is denied as unnecessary as this relief was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 1, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 8022[b]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
