Application by Rachel Sauerstrom, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 26, 2005, under the name Rachel Erica Whiting, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Rachel Erica Livingston.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Rachel Sauerstrom to Rachel Erica Livingston, effective immediately.
