Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 5, 2020. Motion by Administration for Children's Services, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order dated August 5, 2020, as permitted Jeson L. to have unsupervised visits with the subject children, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order dated August 5, 2020, as permitted Jeson L. to have unsupervised visits with the subject children is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
