Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 24, 2019.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated July 22, 2020, is amended by deleting therefrom the entry granting an application by Deivy Leon Rodriguez pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(g)(1) to extend the time to serve and file a brief in the above-entitled matter; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application by ZNKO Construction, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(g)(1) to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and the brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application by Deivy Leon Rodriguez pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(g)(1) to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and the brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely filed.
