DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 21, 2020. Motion by the respondents for an expedited briefing schedule and a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file the joint record or appendix on the appeals and their respective briefs via NYSCEF on or before October 15, 2020, and file an original and five hard copies of the joint record or appendix and their respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their brief via NYSCEF on or before November 4, 2020, if any, and file an original and five hard copies of the respondents' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file their respective reply briefs via NYSCEF on or before November 16, 2020, if any, and file an original and five hard copies of the their reply respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed.
