Appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered July 22, 2019, and to consolidate the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, inasmuch as the dismissal of the appeals is vacated and the appeals are consolidated, on the condition that the appeals are perfected on or before October 20, 2020, and that prior to perfecting the appeals the proper notice of appeal, proof of service of the notice of appeal, and order appealed from under index No. 806497/2017 are e-filed on NYSCEF under docket No. CA 20-00285.
