Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered August 20, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes, among other things, an affidavit that addresses the allegations regarding appellant's household income, assets, and dependents set forth in the affirmation of Wendy S. Sisson, Esq., dated August 10, 2020, and attaches documentary proof as to appellant's gross monthly household income from all sources, including income from employment with the Canisteo-Greenwood Central School District and income derived from the business known as Seeley Stables, and that identifies the dependents that she supports in her household, her relationship to each, and the legal and custodial status of any minor dependent.
