Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated June 10, 2019, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, rendered November 20, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion seeking to vacate this court's order of dismissal is granted on condition the appeal be perfected on or before September 25, 2020; and it is further
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by September 25, 2020, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
