DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to compel the Justice Court to respond to the affidavit of errors on an appeal from an judgement of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Lynbrook, Nassau County, rendered September 25, 2018. Appellant also seeks an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to compel the filing of a response to the affidavit of errors is granted, and the Justice court shall file a response to the affidavit of errors on or before August 27, 2020; and it is further
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before September 18, 2020.
