Motion by appellant for leave to file supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered September 13, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant may, within 30 days from the date of this Decision & Order on Motion , serve and file a supplemental brief with respect to the issues concerning which the appeal was held in abeyance; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent may, within 14 days after appellant's supplemental brief is served upon it, file a supplemental respondent's brief with respect to the issues concerning which the appeal was held in abeyance.
