| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 2, 2020. Motion by the respondent World Maintenance, LLC, to dismiss the appeal and cross appeal insofar as taken against it.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal insofar as taken against the respondent World Maintenance, LLC, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the cross appeal insofar as taken against the respondent World Maintenance, LLC, is denied as academic as the respondent-appellant did not raise any points of argument on the cross appeal concerning the respondent World Maintenance, LLC; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the respondent World Maintenance, LLC, to serve and file a brief, via NYSCEF, is extended until October 2, 2020, and the respondent World Maintenance, LLC, shall file an original and five hard copies of the its brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
