Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 19, 2017, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 25, 2019. Motion by the appellant and Zarko Svatovic, inter alia, to hold the respondents in contempt.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed insofar as it seeks relief on behalf of Zarko Svatovic, as he is not a party to the appeal, and is otherwise denied.
