DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Elliot M. Hirsch, to waive the motion filing fee, for poor person relief, and for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 3, 2020, which denied his motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 8022[b]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
