Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 27, 2020, and appeal from an order of the same court, also dated February 27, 2020. Motion by Christine Mage to stay enforcement of so much of the orders as directs her to pay the sum of $223,125 to Joseph Mage, and directs the release of certain funds from escrow, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of so much of the orders as directs Christine Mage to pay the sum of $223,125 to Joseph Mage pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal is granted on condition that Christine Mage perfects her appeals on or before October 2, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that Christine Mage does not perfect her appeals on or before October 2, 2020, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or Joseph Mage may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
