DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Selena Maragh from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 28, 2020. Motion by Selena Maragh for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated May 28, 2020, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order and certain proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal purportedly taken as of right is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
