DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Claire K. from a fact-finding order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated April 18, 2019, and separate appeal by Robert K. from a dispositional order of the same court, dated May 20, 2019.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the notice of appeal by Claire K. from the fact-finding order is deemed to be a notice of appeal from the dispositional order dated May 20, 2019 (see CPLR 5512[a]), and the appeal by Claire K. from the dispositional order is consolidated with the appeal by Robert K. from the dispositional order; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal by Claire K. will be prosecuted under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-06322 and not under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-08794, and on or before September 23, 2020, Claire K., the petitioner-respondent, and the attorney for the child shall upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, digital replacement copies of the briefs they filed in connection with the appeal formerly identified by Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-08794 with corrected covers that contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-06322 and not Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-08794; counsel shall make no other changes to the briefs except for the change to the Appellate Division Docket No. on the cover.
