Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered December 31, 2019, and three orders of the same court dated June 24, 2019, November 4, 2019 and December 20, 2019, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order and judgment and, in effect, to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
