| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 21, 2017, and May 1, 2017, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated January 27, 2020. Motion by the appellants to consolidate the appeals from the orders with the appeal from the judgment, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the record and the briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders are also deemed to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, on or before October 5, 2020, the parties shall submit corrected covers for the copies of the record and the briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court in connection with the appeals from the orders that contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-05310 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2017-07547 and 2017-07559 and reflect the caption set forth above, and upload digital copies of the record and the briefs that contain the corrected covers, and on or before October 5, 2020, the appellants shall serve a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment, and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the appellants shall file an
original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
