Motion by respondent for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Port Jefferson, Suffolk County, rendered November 12, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant shall serve and file its respondent's brief on or before September 18, 2020. Appellant may, if he be so disposed, serve and file a reply brief within 7 days of service upon him of respondent's brief.
