The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Rhonda S. Parker, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Newburgh, Orange County, rendered June 25, 2019, and for an extension of time to serve and file an affidavit of errors.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to file an affidavit of errors pursuant to CPL 460.30 (1) is granted, and the affidavit of errors is deemed served and filed; and it is further

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before October 2, 2020.
