Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 30, 2017.
On the Court's own motion, it is.
ORDERED that the order to show cause of this Court dated September 2, 2020, in the above-entitled matter is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website" and substituting therefor the words "by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit, via NYSCEF," and by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "by uploading a motion, with proof of service thereof through the digital portal on this Court's website," and substituting therefor the words "by uploading a motion, via NYSCEF."
