DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated June 28, 2019. Motion by the appellant pro se to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g). Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to amend the notice of appeal "to change forms B to forms A" or, in the alternative, to deem the statement pursuant to CPLR 5531 to be "a true statement."

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), the time to perfect the appeals is extended until October 9, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to amend the notice of appeal is denied.
