Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 24, 2018, and an order of the same court, dated August 15, 2018. Application by the appellants to substitute Peter P. Duke II, as administrator of the estate of Peter Duke, for the deceased respondent Peter Duke, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Peter P. Duke II, as administrator of the estate of Peter Duke, is substituted for the deceased respondent Peter Duke, and the caption is amended accordingly.
