Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated February 28, 2019, an amended judgment of the same court dated March 13, 2019, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated April 2, 2019. Motion by the appellants to consolidate the appeals from the judgment and amended judgment with the appeal from the order and judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the judgment and amended judgment will be calendared together with the appeal from the order and judgment, and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date.
