Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Joseph Vitulli, as executor of the estate of Joseph Vitulli, Jr., is substituted for the deceased respondent Joseph Vitulli, Jr., and the caption is amended accordingly.
