Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 24, 2019, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellants, inter alia, for leave to reargue their prior motion to vacate the automatic dismissal of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 27, 2020.
