Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 23, 2019. Motion by the respondent Jeffrey Petersen to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by respondent American Signcrafters Holdings, LLC to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF is extended until September 25, 2020, and the respondents shall file an original and five hard copies of their respective respondents' briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
