Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 9, 2019. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 1, 2020.
