Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 5, 2020, and April 22, 2020, respectively. Separate motions by Child USA for leave to file amicus curiae briefs in each appeal..

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to file an amicus curiae brief under Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-02382 is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the amicus curiae brief shall be served on the parties, and one original and five duplicate hard copies, and one digital copy, of the amicus curiae brief shall be filed in this Court, with proof of service, on or before October 14, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that no oral argument by the amicus curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amicus curiae brief within 10 days after the service upon them of the amicus curiae brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for leave to file an amicus curiae brief under Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-03855 is denied without prejudice to renew after perfection and the filing of a respondent's brief.
