Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, one dated November 29, 2016, one dated December 14, 2016, one dated December 14, 2017, and one entered December 26, 2017. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that they have been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, Denise Zuccaro, as administrator of the estate of Louis Zuccaro, is substituted for the deceased respondent, Louis Zuccaro, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
