Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 3, 2019, and September 30, 2019, respectively. Motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect the appeals and to be provided with the audio recordings of the proceedings.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]), serving the appellants' brief and uploading a digital copy of the appellants' brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, is extended until October 14, 2020, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the appellants' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with the audio recordings of the proceedings is denied.
