Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 24, 2019.
Motion by appellant, in effect, for an extension of time to comply with a scheduling order of this Court dated June 22, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to comply with the scheduling order dated June 22, 2020 is extended until October 14, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
