Appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both rendered June 20, 2019. Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion to be provided with the transcripts of the minutes of the grand jury proceedings, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 4, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
