| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 24, 2018, and a judgment of the same court entered December 2, 2019. By order to show cause dated July 28, 2020, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the appellant failed to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 11, 2020. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 11, 2020.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion s granted, and on or before October 5, 2020, the parties shall submit corrected covers for the copies of the record and briefs on file with the Clerk of this Court which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-14400 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-12144, and file, via NYSCEF, copies of the corrected record and corrected briefs, and the appellant shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment, and the appellant shall file with the Clerk of the Court an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
