Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both dated December 16, 2016. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders dated December 16, 2016, terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered November 30, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241).
