An appeal and cross appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered December 31, 2019, and respondent-appellant-respondent having moved for an order granting him relief from the requirements of 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (f) (1) (ii) and an extension of time to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks relief from the joint record requirements of 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (f) (1) (ii) is granted and respondent-appellant-respondent is permitted to perfect his appeal upon a certified record consistent with the scope of his appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect is extended to October 14, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
