Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 15, 2011, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated August 26, 2015. Motion by the appellant for reconsideration of his March 19, 2020, submission, and for a default judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for reconsideration of the appellant's March 19, 2020, submission is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion for a default judgment is denied.
