| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered March 28, 2019. Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment new counsel, and, in effect, to subpoena the transcripts from the Supreme Court, Westchester County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel is denied without prejudice to the appellant, on or before November 2, 2020, seeking leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to subpoena the transcripts from the Supreme Court, Westchester County is denied as unnecessary as the transcripts have been filed in this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
