ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated September 2, 2020, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the respondents' time to serve and file a brief in the above-entitled matter the date "September 8, 2020," and substituting therefor the date "October 8, 2020."
