DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 16, 2018, April 15, 2019, and August 20, 2019, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered December 24, 2019. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 15, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the parties' time to submit corrected covers for the copies of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court that add Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-11134 and 2020-00690, and the appellant's time to serve and file, via NYSCEF, a supplemental record that contains the order entered August 20, 2019, the order and judgment, and the notices of appeal for the order entered August 20, 2019, and the order and judgment, is extended until October 6, 2020, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
