Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 7, 2020, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 3, 2020, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order that does not decide a motion made on notice, and leave to appeal has not been granted. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 3, 2020, and reinstate the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated January 7, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
