Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 24, 2018, and an order of the same court, entered January 27, 2020. Motion by the respondent to calendar the appeals together, and for an extension of time to serve and file a brief on the appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief on the appeal from the judgment is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief via NYSCEF is extended until October 16, 2020, and the respondent shall file an original and five hard copies of the respondent's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
