Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 27, 2017 and a judgment of the same court dated March 15, 2018, and cross appeal from the judgment.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated September 27, 2018, in the above-entitled matter is amended by (1) adding the name "Russell Smith" following the words "the appellant" and before the words "on appeals" in the first paragraph thereof, and (2) adding the words "by Russell Smith" following the words "the appeal" and before the word "under" in the first paragraph and third paragraph thereof.
