Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 10, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 5, 2020. Motion by the respondents for leave to reargue the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that the respondents do not have standing to seek reargument of the appeal as they did not file a brief on the appeal.
