Motion by Stacy Makhnevich for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated March 10, 2020, concerning an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 8, 2018, which was dismissed by an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated September 13, 2019. By order dated December 27, 2019, the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, denied Stacy Makhnevich's motion to vacate the order dated September 13, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
